24" CrMo Steel Cruiser BMX Bike (More Pics)

We’ve been building custom road, cross, track, and mtb. frames for 8 years. Having raced BMX as a kid, it’s never been too far from my thoughts. So we started building custom BMX and naturally started doing some racing. Our frames are for the serious racer that’s looking for that extra edge. All of our BMX frames are completely custom built, so anything is possible. As with our other frames we will be doing BMX frames with steel or aluminum.

Custom CrMo Steel frames starting at $650. Tubing not limited to standard straight gauge CrMo tubing, but tubes from True Temper, Ritchey, etc may also be used.

Custom Cro-Moly Fork

This pro size cro-moly race fork pictured weighs in at 29 oz. We could go lighter or heavier depending on rider weight and style of riding. Getting a custom fork allows you to fine tune the handling of you bike. Changing the fork rake slightly will change the way your bike handles. For example if your bike steers too slow, reducing the amount of rake will make if steer quicker. We can also adjust the height of the fork slightly higher or lower.

Custom Cro-Moly Handlebars

That’s right custom cro-moly bars, you can get in any height and sweep. They can also be made to fit your style of riding and body weight. The bars pictured are pro size and they weigh only 26.6 oz. Cro-moly bars as light as aluminum. These bars are very strong, because of the use of oversize tubing. They have a 1 ¼” clamp size rather than a 7/8” clamp like regular BMX bars. FSA is making some really cool downhill mt. bike stems with 1 ¼” clamp size. We’re an FSA dealer so we can hook you with the latest in cool parts.

You might notice by taking a closer look that this stem is for one of the 1.5” steerer mt. bikes. We machined a shim to fit a 1 1/8” steerer, this allows the stem height to be adjusted without dealing with headset spacers and headset tension. No need for a stem lock with set-up, due to the close tolerance machining and 3 bolt stem clamp.

FSA Newtron BMX Cranks
Just in, FSA’s cool new Newtron cranks. These beefy aluminum cranks are a great alternative to the heavier cro-moly cranks. The cranks are made to use with an Isis spline bottom bracket. FSA also has some totally cool carbon cranks that are light and stiff. Checkout all the trick FSA stuff at http://fullspeedahead.com.
