Why 3D print cranks? It gives us total freedom to sculpt the structure from the inside out. We’re not limited by tooling or traditional processes, so we can create internal bracing, hollow wall sections, and seamless transitions that would be impossible to machine or forge. Every contour is shaped with purpose, removing unnecessary material where we can, reinforcing key zones where it matters most.
And because we print them right here in Machynlleth, every set stays close to the team that designed and tested them. That means tight tolerances, zero compromise, and a product that only gets better with every ride.

Choose to add a Works Components chainring, an Enduro Maxhit bottom bracket, or both to your order. Each item is only available as part of a crank package, with a limit of one of each per set of cranks. After purchase, our team will follow up to confirm the correct bottom bracket spec and chainring offset based on your crank configuration. If you've ordered a chainring, we'll also check in to confirm your preferred tooth count and colour.

These are 3D printed in Dyfi using Grade 23 titanium. That means we can dial in the internal structure for strength and stiffness, and create an optimised form that forged or CNC’d cranks simply can’t match.
The cranks are made and finished to order. We advise allowing 4-8 weeks for cranks to be ready to ship from the point of purchase. Parts this nice can't be rushed.
Yep. We test to EFBE Category 5, the highest rating for gravity bikes. The exact same cranks passed multiple lab tests, including the brutal Jump Load protocol, and are still going strong.
Eleven options, from 150mm to 175mm in 2.5mm steps. Whether you want max clearance, open hip angle or maximum torque, you can dial in your ride.
The cranks run a 28.99mm (DUB) or 30mm spindle. If you choose the 28.99 diameter, you can run them with any DUB compatible bottom brackets. Choose 30mm, and any 30mm BB will work. We recommend the Enduro Maxhit if you want to match the cranks' lifetime warranty.
We’ve gone with the future proof 8-bolt direct mount interface. You can spec Works rings with your order, or run whatever you like. 3-bolt rings will not fit.
While they’re strong enough for DH, the weight is within 20% of typical high-end trail cranks. So you get big-bike durability without bogging down your setup.
The hardware is modular and tough, but if something gets damaged or stripped, we've got spares on hand and ready to ship. No drama.
Choose from Raw, Burnished (+ £30), or Tumbled (+ £50). All look great and only get better with time, scuffs and marks just add to the story. Or buff them back up to their first ride finish.
Yes, the 28.99 or 30mm axle diameter, and multiple chainline options should cover almost all modern MTB standards.
Exact weight will vary based on chainline and length choice. But as a reference a 165mm set, in a 52mm chainline, comes in at 506g. (Including axle and hardware, excluding chainring)
