A.150
Additive Manufacturing

7075 Aluminium tubes joined with CNC Aluminium lugs, optimised for strength and impact durability. Our core range comes in 12 standard sizes with 3 build options chosen by us to perfectly complement your rides.
With the Atherton S.150, aluminium enthusiasts can now get their money’s worth without sacrificing the unique manufacturing technique, the resulting distinctive look, and the extensive size range. Atherton’s alloy trail bike clearly focuses on performance, as evidenced by its robust components and lack of unnecessary frills. On the trail, the S.150 plays in its own league, combining remarkable composure and playful agility like almost no other trail bike.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lug and tube construction, on paper it seems simple, but it’s the alpha and omega of current engineering. When you start to look closer, you realize that the AM.150 is a real work of goldsmithery: no trace of glue, resistant paint with a matte finish, no play at the junctions between titanium and carbon, no parasitic noises…
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My old bike just felt unbalanced for the majority of riding I was doing. The A.150 Atherton made me feel right at home. Precise steering, controlled and so much more grip.
By offering 22 sizes (at 10mm increments) within our A Range, as well as a mm perfect custom-fit option, and 12 sizes with a lower standover on our S Range, compromising on fit is a thing of the past.
Dave Weagle’s DW Kinematic
Dave Weagle’s highly adjustable DW6 linkage on our A-range and easy-to-maintain DW4 linkage on the S-range with a custom-tuned shock provide outstanding small bump sensitivity, optimal ride height and a progressive kinematic.
No Threads, No Problem
Our bikes exclusively utilize threaded bottom brackets (BB). Beyond that, we've standardized barrel nuts and fasteners throughout, ensuring you'll never face the hassle of hunting down custom parts again!
Geometry
Our geometry is designed by World Champions for best ever bike-handling. All our bikes are tested in the Dyfi Valley, with thousands of hours of punishment from World Cup riders, our engineers and the dig crew
Rugged Downtube Protector
All our bikes come equipped with a rugged downtube protector designed and manufactured in the UK using multi-jet fusion technologies, impacts are dampened and dispersed across a larger area.
Mullet set up (S.150)
