Each Build 1 component was chosen because we believe that it blows everything else out of the water whilst Build 2 is based on parts chosen for their rugged reliability. But there’s no pressure to settle for our favourites, use our standard builds as a great springboard for your own line-by-line specification.

The frame is the same. We started with a specific X build using a longer 150mm travel and tougher components for a more enduro-friendly ride but you can ask us to fit a 150mm fork to any of our recommended builds – or spec your favourite parts from frame with shock and fork to full bike.
Frame weight is approximately 3.1kg without shock; complete builds can get as low as 13kg.
Sure! SRAM Transmission is a great choice for the Atherton A130.
Most riders chose an air shock with their 130 but we are open to discussing a coil, we recognise that you will have your own preferences and know how to achieve the best balance for your rides
