Our S-Range is made entirely from Aluminium 7075 with CNC-manufactured lugs. Aluminium grade 7075 has superior ultimate and fatigue strength to other grades of aluminium but it can’t be welded so it isn’t typically used in bike manufacture – because we bond all the frames we can choose 7075 – a huge deal for us as we see far too many warranties over at Dyfi Bike park.
Lug and tube construction means that we can continue to offer a huge range of sizing bringing to bear 15 years of race team experience on how to fit improves performance and rider confidence.
The S Range uses all our learnings to date on geometry and the DW suspension platform combined with four years of race proof and feedback from over 600 of our customers riding in some of the world’s toughest locations.

Downhill - S.200
The aluminium DH bike you always wanted! Awesome at the races, but just as at home in the Bike Park, S.200 shares the same lug and tube construction as the A.200 but in durable Aluminium 7075.
Big Mountain Enduro - S.170
Our big mountain enduro bikes are designed, built and tested to the extreme in the Dyfi Valley. Mixed-wheel configuration, DW4 suspension platform with 170mm of rear travel, 180mm up front and a straight-through seat tube creates these awesome park bikes. Our 170s are big hitters in the bike park and beasts out on the trails.
Enduro - S.150
Our 150 is the perfect all-rounder. Manufactured using 7075 Aluminium tubes joined with CNC Aluminium lugs, optimised for strength and impact durability. The S.150 comes in 12 standard sizes with 3 build options chosen by us to perfectly complement your rides - frame only also available. Our aluminium frames are all hand built to order in the UK.
Trail - A.130
Available in our A Range. Our Trail 130 is light on the climbs and super-capable for a sick descent - the perfect combo for a big adventure. The Atherton Trail Bike has passed all the most stringent Cat 4 (Enduro) and Cat 5 tests (Downhill) from EFBE with flying colours, so wherever you ride you can be sure of a top day out.
There's no better feeling than being top speed on your DH bike... the S200 offers all the race heritage you'd expect from us. It was perfect for hardline, super strong... it's awesome at the Bike Park too, it's so much fun to ride.

This thing rips! I took a build 3 for a months hard riding in New Zealand and it didn't miss a beat. The 7075 aluminium provides loads of pop when jumping and boosting lips, but then the DW4 link makes for a fast, plush ride with great small bump sensitivity. One thing I noticed was just how predictable the bike was, which made for a hugely confidence inspiring ride - really, really stoked on this one!

DW4 linkage and a custom-tuned shock provide outstanding small bump sensitivity, optimal ride height and progressive kinematics.

We’ve used a mixed wheel configuration and straight-through seat tube so you can slam that dropper, to get that seat out the way for the descents.

We use an Infinite-life approach to design ensuring that peak stresses are always below the fatigue run-out strength. This means no fatigue over time.
NO THREADS, NO PROBLEM
There is nothing as annoying as a stripped thread so the only threaded parts on our S.150 enduro bikes are the Bottom bracket (BB) and the protective covers.

LUG AND TUBE TECHNOLOGY
The lug and tube method creates super-strong bikes that are suitable for today’s tougher usage. For our Additive Manufactured A Range, we use custom carbon tubes joined by titanium lugs where the forces acting on the bike are strongest.
For our S Range, the lugs are created in aluminium using CNC machining and joined to Alu tubes. Because we bond our frames we can use Aluminium 7075 which has better material properties (strength) than the weldable alternatives Additive Manufacturing allowed us to accelerate learnings and compress innovation cycles - so just four years into our company’s journey we took the World Championship Gold and Silver – a first for any British Bike company. The S-range carries forward our learnings on geometry, ride performance, strength and fit with a slight hit on weight.
